We spent years running sales webinars, ours and our clients'. More than 500 rooms, and more than €10M in ad spend to fill them. WebiClose came out of that work, not a lab.
A sales webinar isn't a broadcast. It's a room: buyers ready to go, people on the fence, someone sitting on a question they'll never type, and one person talking to all of them at once.
The tools on the market handle the broadcast. They tell you who showed up and for how long. The rest, you guess. You close bare-handed, then call people back the next day knowing nothing about them.
Everything that actually decides the sale sits outside the tool.
One tool that starts from the sale, not the video.
The mechanism is the Parallel Close: the host pitches the whole room while setters work every hot lead by DM. Mass reach, with the intimacy of a one-on-one call.
That runs on the setter cockpit. It watches the live for you, scores every attendee in real time, and pushes notifications ranked by urgency, each one carrying the lead's context and the move it suggests.
Then it stops. The machine spots the moment, the setter writes the message. Nothing goes out under your team's name without a person behind it. That's a design choice, not a technical limit: the machine is better at catching the signal, and a person is better at what to say to someone still on the fence.
A live tool should make you money, not just save you bandwidth.
What breaks live doesn't get a second take. So the main broadcast runs on the same streaming tech as Twitch, a backup stream runs behind it the whole time, and we put more work into what nobody will ever see than into what shows on screen.
We bill for what you actually use: people really connected, counted as they show up. Not the length of the live, not the ones who registered and never logged in. No subscription and no contract, and a month without a live means no invoice.
We say what the tool doesn't do, too. It won't broadcast from OBS or StreamYard, and it won't take payment inside the live window. We'd rather put that on a public page than have you find out the night before your launch.
We run our own sales lives on WebiClose, and our clients' too. Whatever breaks, we hit it first. Whatever's missing, we hear it mid-stream, not through a suggestion box.
We build on the tool we sell on. What isn't live yet doesn't show up anywhere on this page as if it were.
More than 500 sales webinars run. More than €10M spent on ads to fill those rooms.
We don't publish client logos or named testimonials. We don't show a user count either. Several of our clients can't be named at all, and proof you can't put your name behind isn't proof.
The real proof is in the tool itself.
We look at your format, your volume, and what the tool would change for you. No strings attached.
