Livestorm streams your webinar. WebiClose works the room while you pitch.

You take the mic. Your pitch goes out to everyone at once. Every hot lead raising a hand in the chat lands back on you, one thread, scrolling too fast to work. WebiClose adds the missing layer: a cockpit where your moderator-setters work each hot lead by DM while you keep the mic. The reach of a live, with the closeness of a call.

What changes, at a glance

Livestorm stays a streaming tool. We build a selling layer on top, for the exact minute the room is hot.

The safety net streaming alone doesn't have

The live runs on the same streaming tech family as Twitch. If an attendee's connection weakens, quality drops on its own, they get a message, and they reconnect without lifting a finger. If the problem is bigger, the Panic Button takes over: one click moves the whole room to a backup broadcast already running in parallel, unlisted, on YouTube. Nobody has to reconnect, every bit of state is saved server-side. A dropped feed no longer costs you the live. It costs you a click.

The Parallel Closing, the part streaming can't do

On a streaming tool, you pitch and moderate at the same time. One person, the whole room. The Parallel Closing splits the two jobs. The host keeps the mic and runs the pitch. At the same time, each Moderator-Setter works in their own cockpit: public chat on the left, notification center in the middle, private messaging on the right. An AI reads the room every 15 to 30 seconds, public and private messages, connection time, clicks on the offer, poll answers. Every attendee carries a score that moves live. The setter gets the signal, the lead's context, and a suggested action, then writes their own message. Nothing goes out on their behalf.

The data, complete and usable after the fact

Market tools stop at attendance and duration. Here the whole live is exposed: conversion funnel, retention curve, participation rate, desktop-versus-mobile split, chat engagement, conversion tools used, exit reasons, export. Every lead gets a CRM file, with a cross-webinar history of every live they attended. You see what they did today, and what they did last time.

The purchase journey, tracked even when payment happens elsewhere

Payment stays on your usual tool, we don't take money inside the live. But the whole purchase journey is tracked and flows into the cockpit: who clicked the offer, who stalled on a payment step, who opened the booking page without booking, who picked a slot without confirming. Each signal reaches the setter as a notification, with the lead's context. The setter decides, and writes the follow-up themselves. Every buying signal lands while the live is still running, early enough to act on.

Usage-based too, and cheaper on a weekly cadence

Livestorm bills by attendance. So do we. You pay for the people who actually showed up, not the registrants who skipped. The difference isn't the model, it's the tariff: on a weekly webinar cadence, WebiClose comes out cheaper. A month with no live means no invoice. If the room runs bigger than planned, you top up credit mid-live without cutting the broadcast. For your exact volume, your contact runs the math with you.
