A challenge is a run of separate lives, and WebiClose measures each one.

Day 1, the room fills up. By the last session it's thinner, and most tools leave you guessing who's still in and why the rest walked. WebiClose reads each day on its own, polls the ones who stay, and keeps every lead's history threaded across the run.

A format we already run

Online challenge, sessions on flexible dates, is one of four formats WebiClose runs: single-run webinar, recurring webinar, challenge, live group coaching. Each day is a full live in its own right, with its own room, its own chat, its own numbers.

Billing works the way it always does here: you pay for the people who actually show up, never for the clock. A packed day one bills like a packed day one. A quieter day three bills like a quieter day three, nothing extra for the hours the room stayed open.

Each day's numbers, pulled in full

Every day runs its own conversion funnel and its own retention curve: who came in, when they start slipping away, how many reach the end. On top of that, show-up rate, the desktop-mobile split, devices, chat engagement, how the conversion tools got used. All of it exports. Market tools hand you presence and duration and stop there.

The reason they left, in their own words

When someone leaves a live before it ends, an exit prompt asks why. Their answer, not your guess. The ones who reach the end land on a closing screen with a rating and an open comment. Run it on every session and the drop-off reasons collect in your own data instead of your head.

Where the chat goes quiet, the poll talks

Two poll types, two jobs, neither above the other. The choice poll goes out in one click and shows a live, running result to the whole room: fast segmenting (budget, level, situation) and a shared moment. The open-text poll stays private, only you see it, and that's where the real blocker comes out in the participant's own words. In the public chat, 5 to 10% of the room writes, 20 to 30% when the hosting is sharp. On a poll, 80 to 90% answer. Every answer feeds the lead's score and pings the setter.

The call to action that stays lit

The call to action sits on screen for every viewer, switched on or off in one click, every click tracked. You choose when it shows, and you see exactly who clicked. With a partner integration, the booking form comes up already filled in, and that alone pushed conversion up.

The lead history that carries across

A CRM holds the cross-history of every lead across your lives. Someone who comes back isn't a fresh, blank file: their past answers, their score, their moves are already on record. A documented API and webhooks push that data to the rest of your stack. The native integration with the market's most-used scheduling tool tracks the booking and pre-fills the form.

Coming soon: a leaderboard that gives people a reason to come back

A tiered leaderboard is on the way. The point: on a multi-day format, give people a reason to return that isn't just the next lesson. Not shipped yet, so don't read it as something already running.

We look at your format, your volume, and what the tool would change for you. No strings attached.
