Zoom tells you who showed up. WebiClose tells you who's ready to buy.

Your Zoom webinar is running, the room is packed, your host is deep in the pitch. Somewhere in that room, a lead just typed a price objection while another one opened the booking page and stalled. Nobody on your team catches it. Zoom streams the room and hands back attendance and connection time. Working each lead in private while the live runs is a different job, and that job is what WebiClose adds.

What your room hands you while it's full

Here's what every attendee gives you, and what your team can do with it on the spot.

Why the gap widens as the room grows

At 30 people on a call, one host can watch the chat and catch the right question at the right moment. At 300, at 1,000 connected accounts, nobody can, whatever the tool. And the chat only ever tells you so much. On a sales webinar, 5 to 10% of attendees type a word, 20 to 30% when the host is excellent. Everyone else stays silent. But 80 to 90% will answer a closed question. So the lead you want is usually sitting in that silent 80%: they answered the poll and clicked the offer, then left the booking page without booking. On a broadcast tool that signal never surfaces. The data stops at attendance and duration.

The sales desk runs on top of the broadcast

Streaming a meeting and closing live are two different jobs. While your host pitches the room, your moderator-setters work each hot lead in a private message. Each setter watches a score that moves every 15 to 30 seconds and gets notifications that say what to do and why: a buying signal in the chat, a price objection, a hot lead who just walked. The setter stays in control and writes the message himself. The tool never sends anything for him. This sales desk sits on top of the broadcast, it does not replace it. And the broadcast runs on the same streaming tech as Twitch.

What you keep after the live ends

At the end of a Zoom webinar you get an attendance list and connection times. That's a snapshot of who was in the room, not who's ready to buy. On WebiClose, every attendee leaves with a file: the timestamped timeline of what they wrote, answered and clicked, down to the moment they left. The CRM carries that same person forward from one webinar to the next. Your team calls back with the context in hand, not a list of names.

What WebiClose won't do

Better you hear it here. WebiClose is built to sell live. It's not a meeting tool for your internal calls or your one-on-ones. Payment doesn't happen inside the live window either, it stays on the tool you already use. But the whole buying path still lands in the cockpit. Who clicked the offer, who opened it and never bought, and above all who stalled halfway through a payment step so a setter can catch them in a DM. If you have nothing to sell behind your broadcast, WebiClose isn't for you.
