Your client watches you run his live. It all has to hold.

He sits in his own audience the whole time, then checks the numbers the next morning. A bug on his live puts your name on the incident, not his. WebiClose holds the room live and hands you the report a client asks for when he paid for the traffic. Everything else plugs into the tools you already run.

What holds when your client is watching

The live runs on the same streaming tech that powers Twitch. Under 1% of sessions ever get a bug report, and when one lands it's almost always the attendee's own connection, not the stream. If something goes down anyway, the Panic Button switches the whole room over to a backup live already running in parallel on YouTube, unlisted, and nobody has to reconnect. Quality steps down on its own when an attendee's connection weakens. A message warns him, the system reconnects him, and he gets a recap of what he missed. Every bit of live state saves to the server in real time.

Before the first attendee shows up, a test screen checks the camera, the mic, the stream and the room, with a status on each one. Then the host sees a private preview of his own feed, a warning frame around it so there's no mistaking it, before he goes live. Until he hits go, nobody else sees a thing.

The report you hand back to the client

A client who paid for the ads wants to know where the money went. The live exposes the full conversion funnel, the retention curve, the show-up rate, the desktop and mobile split, the devices, chat engagement, use of the conversion tools, and the exit reasons. All of it exports. Most tools on the market stop at attendance and duration. You walk out with a real performance report instead.

The lead CRM, and history that carries across lives

Every lead keeps its history from one webinar to the next inside the built-in CRM. A client running recurring lives sees who keeps coming back and what they did last time. The history builds instead of resetting to zero every session.

The API and webhooks to plug into your stack

An agency doesn't swap tools for every client. It plugs its own tools into the client's setup. The API and outbound webhooks are documented, so live events flow into whatever you already run. The whole purchase path gets tracked, even when the payment happens somewhere else: who clicked the offer, who stalled on a payment or booking step, who opened checkout without buying, who left a cart behind. That signal comes back in real time, on the lead's card, right where your setter is working the room. On booking, the native integration with the most-used scheduling tool on the market tracks the appointment and pre-fills the prospect's form, which has pushed conversion up.

Billing built for lumpy volume

An agency doesn't run one live a week on a fixed schedule. Some months bring four lives across three clients. Some months bring one. WebiClose bills only the people who actually connected and got counted. The registrants who never showed don't cost you anything, and the length of the live doesn't move the bill. No subscription, no commitment: a month with no live means no invoice. Credit tops up mid-live without ever cutting the stream. At one live a week or less, it runs cheaper than a market subscription. Past that pace, it costs more. The model is built for uneven volume, not a fixed weekly slot.

The same engine covers the one-off webinar, the recurring webinar, the multi-day challenge with open dates, and live group coaching. Your clients don't all sell the same way, and you keep the same tool from one contract to the next.
