Tailored onboardingBook a call

One person can't hold a full room and close it at the same time.

We've run more than 500 sales webinars and watched over $10 million in ad spend land on those rooms. The room fills. The host pitches well. And sales still leak out the side, because while he talks to everyone, nobody's talking to the hot leads one-on-one. So we split the job in two: one person hosts, others close in private, at the same minute. That's Parallel Closing.

What we saw, show after show

The public chat scrolls by. The host pitches, catches a question here and there. Right next to it sits a private chat nobody opens. The lead stuck on price is in there. So is the one who opened the booking page and never booked. They're in plain sight, and nobody writes to them. Not for lack of will. The host has no time for it, and nothing tells him who to message first.

The math we stopped accepting

Holding a full room is a job. Selling one-on-one in private messages while you hold it is a different job. You can't do both well at once, because you can't split your attention that far. Across hundreds of webinars we watched closely, the same thing kept happening: the bigger the room got, the more the private conversations went dark. So we stopped hunting for one host who could carry both roles. We gave each role to a different person.

The bet: Parallel Closing

The host keeps the mic and runs the pitch exactly the way he already does. At the same time, one or more Moderator-Setters work each hot lead in private messages, in their own space. You get the reach of a live broadcast and the touch of a one-on-one sales call, in the same minute. The whole product is built around that second job.

Why all the data has to surface

A standard webinar hands you two numbers: who showed up, and how long they stayed. That was never enough to know who to work, or why one lead before another. So we surface everything the live produces: each attendee's score, their clicks on the offer, their poll answers, their messages, the second they drop off. A setter who opens a lead card sees who he's talking to and why he needs to write right now. He stops guessing.

What we refuse to write here

You won't find a single client name on this site, and no logos either. Several of our clients don't want to be named, and we respect that. We also don't write beta, or apply now, or limited spots, or any other fake scarcity. Instead of selling you the tool with adjectives, we hand it to you and let you run it.

Let's talk about your next live

We look at your format, your volume, and what the tool would change for you. No strings attached.
