Tailored onboardingBook a call

All the data your live produces comes back to you

You pay to fill the room. You sell to it. Then the tool hands you back two numbers: who logged in, and for how long. That won't tell you what happened on your live, and it won't tell you who to call tomorrow. We built it the other way around: everything that happens on your live is yours, in the dashboard and in the raw export.

What we hand you, next to what you're used to getting

Most platforms give you attendance and duration. Two numbers. Here, everything the live produced is on the table: who wrote what, who answered what, who clicked your offer and when, from which device, who left and why. That's not a report you file away. It's what your follow-up gets built on.

The analytics you open once the live is over

The conversion funnel, from registration to the action you're driving toward. The retention curve, so you see the exact minute the room starts dropping off. Participation rate, chat engagement, how your conversion tools performed, the desktop-to-mobile split, device detail, and the reasons people gave when they left. Everything exports.

The lead CRM, cross-referenced across every webinar

Every participant gets a record, and that record doesn't end when the live does. You see their history across every webinar you've run. A returning registrant who keeps opening your offer without ever booking is not the same lead as someone meeting you for the first time tonight. Recurring registrants are flagged automatically, so you always know which lap you're on with each one. On a repeat-launch model, that's what tells you who to follow up with first, and on what angle.

The purchase journey, tracked to the end

Payment happens on your own tool. We don't take money inside the live window. But the signal comes back to us. You see who clicked your offer, who stalled on a payment step, who opened the booking page without booking, who picked a slot without confirming it, who abandoned a cart mid-flow. Each one surfaces to the setter as a notification, with context attached. The setter writes to that person while it's still hot. Nothing goes out automatically in your place: the decision and the message stay human.

The replay counts too

The replay carries its own stats, so you stop treating it like a file you send and forget. You see what actually happened on it, which tells you whether your after-live sequence is doing real work or just making you feel better about following up. Pair that with recurring-registrant detection and you can see who keeps coming back without ever pulling the trigger.

API and webhooks, because the data has to leave the building

Data stuck in a dashboard does nothing for you. Everything ships out through a documented API and outgoing webhooks: plug in your CRM, your email tool, your data warehouse, your own dashboard. There's also a native integration with the most widely used scheduling tool on the market, with appointment tracking and pre-filled fields. On the rest of the connectors, we'd rather tell you on a call what's actually wired up and tested today than paste a logo wall on this page.

What's coming

These four aren't available today. They're in development, and we're listing them so you know where we're headed, not so you plan around them.

  • Soon · The AI insights engine after the live. An automatic read of what happened, instead of leaving you alone with your charts.
  • Soon · The anonymized benchmark. See your numbers against the average of every other live on the platform, so you know if your retention is good in absolute terms or just good for you.
  • Soon · The attribution pixel. Connect each attendee back to the ad that brought them in.
  • Soon · Natural-language control. Query and run the tool by typing, without touching the interface.

Let's talk about your next live

We look at your format, your volume, and what the tool would change for you. No strings attached.
