The live goes dark. What it produced doesn't.

On most tools the story stops when the stream stops. The replay goes out as an attachment and dies in a folder nobody reopens. Here, what happens before and after weighs as much as the live itself: the waiting room qualifies people before you say a word, the exit prompt catches why someone left, the closing screen collects a rating, and the replay keeps its own numbers.

The Waiting Room Does the Warm-Up

Everywhere else, the minutes before you go live are a countdown and some music. Here a questionnaire runs while people file in. The registrant waits, answers a few questions, and by the time you open your mouth you already know something about them.

A Chat That Talks With Nobody Typing

An empty chat in the first few minutes kills your momentum before it builds. So moderators write their messages ahead of time and schedule them into the public chat. Each one posts on its own, right on cue. No one has to sit at the keyboard for the chat to feel live from the first second.

Whoever Closes the Tab, You Learn Why

By minute twelve the audience starts thinning, and you no longer guess why. An exit prompt asks for a reason before anyone actually leaves. So instead of assuming, you read it in their own words.

The Closing Screen Asks for a Rating

The live wraps and the viewer is one click from the tab. Right before that click, they rate what they watched and leave a comment, while it's still fresh in their head.

The Replay Keeps Its Own Numbers, and Remembers Who Comes Back

On most tools the replay goes out as an attachment and turns into a blind spot. Here it carries its own numbers, so you see what happens after the live ends, not only during it. And when a registrant comes back for the next one, the system recognizes them. You know they've been here before, instead of reading one more anonymous name off the list.

What's Coming

Two things aren't live yet. A post-live AI insights engine. And gamification, with a leaderboard and tiers. Both are in the works. Neither ships today.
